Super excited to announce the partnership between Target and Who What Wear being launched on February 1, 2016 at 800 target locations!  You can expect street style chic that will be classic with on trend pieces. The sizes will range between 2-26, with plus sizes online and will all be under $50! New styles will be introduced the first week of each month.
